Emergency Medical Response Agency (EMRA) - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Emergency Medical Response Agencies engaged in medical first response but not transport of patients. Only one main contact is allowed with this membership.

Individual Membership - $30.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Individual members include Missouri licensed EMTs, Paramedics, Physicians, First Responders, Nurses, etc., who routinely provide emergency medical services or support.

Individual Membership (automatic renewal) - $30.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) This option allows you to setup automatic recurring payments, so your membership will never lapse. Individual members include Missouri licensed EMTs, Paramedics, Physicians, First Responders, Nurses, etc., who routinely provide emergency medical services or support.

Organization < 400 Patient Contacts - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Organizational members include ambulance services, hospitals, fire protection services,, etc., that utilize licensed personnel to provide emergency medical services within the state of Missouri. This membership is for organizations with less than 400 patient contacts per year. Only one main contact is allowed with this membership.

Organization > 400 patient contacts - $200.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 3 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Organizational members include ambulance services, hospitals, fire protection services,, etc., that utilize licensed personnel to provide emergency medical services within the state of Missouri. This level is for organizations with more than 400 patient contacts per year. This membership level allows you to name one main contact and two additional representatives of the organization to enjoy full membership benefits.

Organizational Associate - $300.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Organizational Associate members are engaged in the manufacture or distribution of goods or services to emergency medical service providers. Only one main contact is allowed with this membership, and the contact does not have voting rights.

Student Membership - $15.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments EMT or EMT-P students may be a member at the student level. This is not for a nursing student or someone working on Masters. Limited to three years at this level.

Training Entity - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Training Entities approved by the Bureau of EMS for the purpose of providing initial and ongoing education for those involved in providing emergency medical services. Only one main contact is allowed with this membership.
