Two years ago, the State Advisory Committee on EMS (SAC) led a process to review and generally update all the EMS regulations the state had.  There was a change in Governor and a new BEMS Director, and the revised regulations never moved forward.  The BEMS is working through those drafts and soon we will have an opportunity to engage and finalize some of those regulations. Stay tuned as the BEMS is planning to host some webinars to review the new drafts.  Older drafts and whatever becomes available is being posted below. 

This is the best and easiest way to engage and review regulations that were written in 1998--what should be updated, changed, added, dropped, re-worded to clarify, etc.
