19 CSR 20-20.090 Mandatory Response to Emergency Care Providers and Good Samaritans of Possible Exposure to Communicable Diseases

PURPOSE: This proposed rule lists the communicable diseases for which testing is reasonable and appropriate and the types of exposure that would prompt notification of the emergency care provider or Good Samaritan.
